The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Ziradei P.S. Case No. 5/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner being Sachiv of Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti and others is that they distributed less amount to the students under the head of scholarship and posak. It is submitted that the petitioner is Sachiv of Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti, but no role is played by the petitioner. Even during the course of investigation nothing has been found against the petitioner. The Chairman of the Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti Hareram Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 18753/2015. The petitioner is a lady.

No.43601 of 2015 (3) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that similarly situated co-accused Hareram Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 5/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
