The petitioner, Domni Devi, apprehends her arrest in Pali P.S. Case No.29 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 324/34 IPC The allegation is that the petitioner and other co-accused assaulted the informant with intention to murder. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and they are closely related with each other. The petitioner is lady.
On the other hand, the learned A.P.P. objected the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42129 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 Considering the relationship between the parties as the nature of allegation and that the petitioner is lady, I direct the petitioner, named above, to surrender before the Court concerned within six weeks from today and on her so surrendering, the Court below is directed to release her on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S.
