The petitioner who is mother-in-law is apprehending her arrest in in a case registered under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner administered poison to the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father -in-law have already been granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 10.09.2015 vide Cri. Misc. No. 36575 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four week from the date of
