JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 379, 419, 420 and 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that for property dispute, the petitioners and others, allegedly, committed assault and theft. There is allegation that even after partition of the property, petitioners induced to the husband of the informant and got a registered sale deed, which was a fictitious document.

Considering the nature of allegation, let, the

No.52155 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magisatrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda/Successor Court in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No.381 of 2016 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
