2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his father, in aberated condition, abused and assaulted the informant and snatched Rs.1500/- from him.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties are co-villagers and due to village politics, he has falsely been implicated in this case. Though there is allegation of assault, but no injury report is on the record. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in Digha Police Station Case No. 190 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
