2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chenari Town P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedents and they are in jail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57187 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 since 21.06.2024. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, there is general and omnibus allegation against them and they have clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari Town P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024.
