2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18220 of 2022, as contained in Annexure '4' to the bail application. Further he submits that petitioners have otherwise no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1 Class, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) tusharika/- U T
