Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and from perusal of allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the specific allegation of assaulting the informant on head by iron rod causing injury is against Kaileshwar Yadav and as far as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55977 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 these petitioners are concerned, the allegation against them is general and omnibus in nature.

It is also submitted, at the cost of repetition, that petitioners are not criminals and are persons with clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
