====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 The learned counsel appearing for the State, Shri S.D. Yadav, has produced a copy of PPO and GPO issued vide letter dated 22.10.2019, whereby and whereunder 90% amount of death-cum- retiral gratuity and 90% amount of pension have been sanctioned and it is submitted that within a period of 15 days from today, the Treasury Officer, Khagaria shall make payment.

This Court finds that after sanction of 90% pension and 90% gratuity amount nothing survives for consideration,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15287 of 2019(5) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 hence the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Khagaria to credit the aforesaid amount in the account of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today, failing which he shall be liable to deposit a sum of Rs.
