2. The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. being Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 626 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/ 506/386/387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the petitioner that he is innocent and he has purchased the land bonafidely and he has not committed any offences.

4. The defence of the petitioner cannot be seen at the stage of F.I.R. as has been held by the Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar & Ors. Vs. P.P. Sharma, IAS and Anr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56691 of 2024(2) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 reported in 1992 (1) SCC (SUPP) 222.

5. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.
