Case No.991 of 2015 with regard to the area in question, proceedings have already been initiated and notice to the encroachers have been issued.

The said authority is directed to hear all concerned, proceed in accordance with law and conclude the encroachment proceedings in accordance with law after hearing all concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.
