09-11-2016 Heard Sri Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner apprehends his arrest in Narkatiyaganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 registered for offence under Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20(b), 11(c), 21(c), 22/27(A) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except suspicion, there is no material to connect the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner's name has come only on the basis of confession of co-accused. Besides hearing, I have also perused the materials
