2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 61(2), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is alleged to have killed her for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that from the F.I.R. itself, it appears that the deceased had committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West)/ concerned Court below in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025.
