2. This writ application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 14.010.2022 passed in OA No. 280 of 2022 passed by the Hon'ble Chairman (J) State Appellate Authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.12037 of 2023(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 Education Department, Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder OA of the petitioner has been rejected in view of order sated 23.09.2022 passed in OA No. 297 / 2022 passed by the Hon'ble Chairman (A) State Appellate Authority Education Department, Bihar, Patna .

3 . After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application to file fresh representation before the concerned Authority for payment of salary for the period petitioner has discharged his duty as Panchayat teacher.
