JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 29.11.2024 in compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.5.2024, passed in CWJC No.17952 of 2014, however the petitioner seeks to challenge the same, hence he be granted liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law for assailing the said order dated 29.11.2024.

Patna High Court MJC No.2533 of 2024(5) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 Liberty so sought is granted.
