This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R in connection with Bagha P.S. Case No. 637 of 2019 / Tr. No. 1537 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 447, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. From perusal of the F.I.R, it appears that prima facie case is made out against the petitioners for trial. Therefore, F.I.R cannot be quashed.

In view of this matter, this quashing petition is dismissed.
