The present application has been filed for commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the Gairmazarua Aam land (Anabad Sarv Sadharan) pertaining to Khata No. 105/83, Plot No. 646/327, and Plot No. 764/327 (Ansh) total area 69 decimal situated in Tandai, Thana No. 581, Police Station + Anchal Gurua, Gaya.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to bring the name of main encroacher before the Circle Officer who will proceed against the main encroacher.

4. The Circle Officer, Gurua, Gaya is directed to disposed of the representation dated 13.10.2022.

5. If any encroachment is found by the Circle Officer then he will initiate encroachment proceeding. He is also
