====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 Heard Mr. Kush, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Bishweshwar Ram, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 42731 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 42731 of 2024 to the extent that in Paragraph No. 6 of the said order, in place of 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda' it has been inadvertently typed as 'learned 7th Addl. District & Sessions

4. Considering the said to be inadvertent typographical mistake, I find it proper to delete the word 'learned 7th Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda' from Paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 10.07.2024 and in place of 'learned 7th Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda', let it be substituted by 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda'.

5. The time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned district court is also extended for further period of two weeks from today (i.e. 04.10.2024).

6. The order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 42731 of 2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent. Other part of the order shall remain intact.

7. Accordingly, the present modification application is disposed of.
