This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R vide Banka P.S. Case No.25 of 2017/ G.R. No. 119 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The only contention of the petitioner is that the F.I.R has been lodged by a person who who may not be aggrieved by the action of the petitioner.

The F.I.R. can be lodged by any person if a cognizable offence has come to his/her knowledge.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1644 of 2019(4) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 The petitioner is directed to approach the investigating agency with oral as well as documentary evidence to prove his innocence. The investigating agency will examine the same and act with accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
