JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 28-03-2018 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9404 of 2018 since the father's name of the petitioner Gopal Kumar Mahto @ Gopal Kumar Prasad @ Gpal Kumar Mahto has been recorded as Sri Raj Nath Mahto instead of Sri Madan Kumar Prasad @ Madan Mahto.

The said mistake perpetuated in the order since the name of petitioner's father was recorded in the Vakalatnama as well as in the main petition as Sri Raj Nath Mahto. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the main petition as well as in Vakalatnama attached therewith with regard to the father's name of the petitioner.

Misc. No. 9404 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner Gopal Kumar Mahto @ Gopal Kumar Prasad @ Gpal Kumar Mahto be read as Sri Madan Kumar Prasad @ Madan Mahto and the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 275 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned ACJM-X, Saran.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
