The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Singhwara P.S. Case No. 27/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased. The mother of the deceased made allegation that her daughter was married to Md. Naushad a year ago. On 29.01.2014 she got information that her daughter got burn injuries. She alleged that the petitioners were torturing his daughter for fulfillment of Rs. 10,000/-. The daughter of the informant got burn injuries. Kerosene oil was smelling from entire body. The informant made specific allegation that the petitioners sprinkle

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44311 of 2015 (3) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 Kerosene oil and petitioner no. 1 ignite fire in the body of her daughter.

It is submitted that during the course of investigation witnesses have stated that the victim caught fire while she was cooking food. No other witness has supported the prosecution case, but it appears that the victim died within one year of the marriage and smell of Kerosene oil was coming out from her body. She wears burn injuries and died.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
