The Court disposes of the writ application with a direction upon the Central Board of Secondary Education that

Patna High Court CWJC No.13314 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 the necessary correction sought for by the petitioner with regard to the date of birth and father's name should be corrected and communicated within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, writ is disposed off in terms of the above.
