Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa. The order dated 03.09.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48856 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.

The bail bonds of the petitioners will be accepted by the learned court below on filing affidavit that the petitioners have not been made accused in any other case from 03.09.2015 till date.
