Patna High Court CWJC No.13977 of 2022(4) dt.01-02-2023 2/3 project of manufacturing of notebook, and stationery product has been rejected for purportedly not falling in the priority sector under the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy, 2016, and whereby the petitioner has been directed to choose and submit a proposal for a project which falls under the priority sector as per the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy, 2016 (Annexure-9, Pg. 34).

To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to accept the application of the petitioner for transfer of land for the project of manufacturing notebook, and stationery product and direct the transfer of the land in favour of the petitioner for setting up of industry.

(iii) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to set up the unit for manufacturing notebook, and stationery product, and grant incentives in accordance with the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy, 2016. (iv) To any other relief for which the petitioner appears to be found entitled by the Hon'ble Court."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, in view of the intervening developments, the grievances of the petitioner stand redressed and the present petition has become
