2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest In connection with Daijnathpur B. Case No. 16 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 341, 333, 334, 307, 448, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the LPC. lodged on 28.03.2014 by the informant Amrendra Kumar Singh.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was sitting at his door, the accused persons same and on the direction of the petitioner no. 1, the petitioner no. 2 assaulted causing injury on the head. Further, the petitioner number one also gave injury on the nose, Later, it is alleged that Bhavesh Kamti ordered to kill the informant thereafter Dinkar Kamti (petitioner no.2) also assaulted causing injury on the left

4. The conduct of the petitioner has to be taken. On 28.08.2024, in Cr. Misc. No. 55074 of 2024, he was granted relief, failed to avail it. Three months later, modification was preferred which was rejected.
5. Instead of diligently appearing before the Court concerned to surrender and file bail petition, he roamed around the district and on his own preferred another anticipatory bail application before the learned Sessions Judge (A.B.A. No. 248 of 2025) which was rightly rejected on 21.05.2025. Three months later, he decided once again to take a chance before this Court, the facts have been recorded, the conduct of the petitioner has also been recorded, this take the Court to only one conclusion, he is not entitled to the relief. The anticipatory bail application is rejected.
6. If he fails to surrender within four weeks today, the Police shall take immediate steps to arrest him.
7. Let the copy of this order be sent to the office of S.P., Saharsa for his perusal and needful.
