2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 191 ( 2 ), 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1), 109, 351 ( 2 ) and 352 of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner assaulted one Manish Kumar with lathi due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .

4. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
