JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.02.2015 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Aurangabad in Jamhor P.S.Case No. 98 of 2014, whereby cognizance for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against the petitioner.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
