The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tedhagachh P.S. Case No.128 of 2019 (S.T. No.01 of 2020) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 02.07.2020, the bail of the petitioner was rejected with a direction to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody. The petitioner is in jail custody since 03.09.2019. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

Case No.128 of 2019 (S.T. No.01 of 2020).
