The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-disposal of his representation filed on 13.4.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya by way of filing representation dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.15690 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 13.6.2018 yet his case has not been considered and the representation is gathering dust.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the District Programme Officer (Establishment) , Gaya by filing representation, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.5.2019 and dispose of the same by a reasoned order at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
