The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a field of wheat foreign liquor was recovered. Allegation is that the same was of the petitioner only for the reason that petitioner was Bataidar of that field. The petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with
