JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to search son of the petitioner, to take appropriate step on the application given by the husband of the petitioner to respondent no.6 and to hold the whole prosecution case of Thawe Police Station Case No. 114 of 2020 to be malicious against the petitioners.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 9.9.2022, passed in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.117 of 2021(3) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 Cr.W.C.No.153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs State of Bihar and others) and other analogous cases.

Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
