2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons having been armed with knife and sickle, and came to the house of the informant and started abusing the informant and her husband. On protest, on the order of Umesh Sahni, co-accused Amit Kumar, Nirjala Devi and Umesh Sahni himself, caught hold of the informant's husband and on the order of Umesh Sahni co-accused Pacho Devi stabbed the informant's husband with knife on chest.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the allegation of killing the deceased by stabbing is against co-accused Pacho Devi and,

He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Puja Kumari and Kavita Kumar, have been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court by orders dated 20.02.2024 and 22.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 9675 of 2024 and 16519 of 2024 respectively. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 28.05.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM-Ist, Class (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
