Petitioner seeks bail in Harlakhi P.S. Case No.249 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
It is alleged in the written report that on Indo-Nepal Border SSB personnel caught the petitioner with 1560 bottles of Nepali liquor measuring total 468 litres.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that Seizure List is part of the First Information Report which does not bear signature of the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2018 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.249 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
