For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and Commanding the respondents to do up to date renewal of Gun License of Petitioner bearing its Gun license No. 3142/88 Civil Line P.S. Gaya and Nawada O.D.

No. 119/89 from 2003 to onward for which the application of petitioner is pending before the respondents since 16-4-2018 during the period some process has been initiated by the respondents but till date no final order is passed and the matter is still pending the petitioner moved pillar to post for redressal of his grievances by filing reply and several reminders and personally met the respondents but the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that the petitioner has not paid the requisite charges for renewal of the arms license in question, hence, in case, he approaches the office of the District Magistrate, Nawada and deposits the up-to-date charges along with appropriate application within a period of four weeks from today, the same would definitely be dealt with, in accordance with law and a final order shall be passed by the District Magistrate, Nawada, within a period of four weeks, thereafter. It is directed accordingly.
