The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is denial of salary on promotional post of headmaster.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as headmaster w.e.f. 05.08.2017, be he has not been paid salary of the said post.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur to take appropriate decision with

Patna High Court CWJC No.16569 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 regard to payment of salary to the petitioner on the promotional post w.e.f. 05.08.2017 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
