The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is going on and three witnesses have been examined out of eight. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
