The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.9.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr.Misc. no.14184 of 2021 whereby bail was granted to the petitioner in connection with the case arising out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case no.260 of 2020.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the materials on record, the order dated 3.9.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. No.14184 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph on page 3 of the said order 'Sessions Trial no.165 of 2020 (arising out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case no.260 of 2020)' shall be read as 'Sessions Trial no.35 of 2021 (arising out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case no.260 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63849 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 2020)' and the description of the learned Court below instead of '9th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Samastipur' shall read as '11th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Samastipur'.

The modification application stands allowed to the above extent.

The application stands disposed of.
