2. This is an application for quashing the order dated 29.05.2014 passed in Special Case No. 56/2010 (Arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 85/2010) passed by learned Special Judge Vigilance 1st, Patna registered for the offences punishable under Section 201/120B/468/420/109/471/477 of the I.P.C. and Section 7/8/12 r/w 13(1)(b) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. The grounds raised by the petitioner can only be considered at the stage of framing of charge and not at the stage of cognizance.

4. This application is disposed of with liberty to the
