1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(1) For directing the respondent no.3 to dispose of the Aanganwari Appeal No.45 of 2021 filed by the petitioner on 04.03.2021 against the order passed by the respondent no.4."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for respondents submits that the respondent no.3 i.e. the District Programme Officer, Saran has already disposed off the Aanganwari Appeal, filed by the bearing Aanganwari Appeal No.45 of 2021, hence

Patna High Court CWJC No.18873 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
