2. It appears that the petitioner without approaching the respondent authorities has stateforward approached this Court and as per writ application the petitioner seeks following reliefs:
I. To direct the officials respondents not to allow the private respondent to create disturbance/hindrance in day to day
Patna High Court CWJC No.11673 of 2023(5) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 functioning of the Religious Trust of Ram Janki Mandir situated at Village - Siswa, Bahuarwa Kala falling under Shikarpur Police Station of West Champaran District.
II. To direct the private respondent to hand over all the documents and receipts and other materials of Ram Janki Temple in question to the petitioner.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent-Board and the respondent-Board has directed the petitioner that he may approach before the respondent-Board for redressal of his grievance but he has directly approached to this Court.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to approach the authority concerned and if the authority concerned is not redressed the grievance of the petitioner then the petitioner will approach this Court.
5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
