2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 69 of the BNS, 2023.
3. The informant/victim alleges that her marriage was solemnized with Rambabu Sahani and she was living with Rambabu Sahani in a happy and cordial atmosphere. She levelled allegation against the petitioner that at the pretext of marriage he had physical relation with her.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated. His further submission is that the FIR itself shows that the alleged victim is a married woman and the relation between the petitioner and the

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, and period of custody i.e. since 25.04.2025, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 211 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
