This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 15.10.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 25030 of 2020, whereby the petitioners, along with others, have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to COVID-19 pandemic, the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court, and as such, the time granted by this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63848 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 Court to surrender before the Court below may be extended by further four weeks.
Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bonds by order, dated 15.10.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 25030 of 2020, is hereby extended by two weeks from today. This application is allowed with the modification as above.
