Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that one revolver is recovered from the waist of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2022. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The

One revolver is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has already remained in custody for about one year. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IVth, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. case No.05/2022.
