JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) To quash the order dt. 15.05.23 passed by Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, in ICDS Revision Case No. 92/21, as well as the order dt. 21.10.21, passed by D.P.O, West Champaran at Bettiah in Anganbari Sevika Chayan Case No. 158/21 and also the order dt.

16.03.21 passed by C.D.P.O, Narkatiyaganj, District- West Champaran in Case No. 8/20, contained in Annexure-10,9, & 8 respectively and to stay the operation of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13409 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 the impugned order till disposal of this writ application."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
