JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Though, this matter has been listed under the heading for admission for out of turn hearing on priority basis on the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, when the matter has been taken up for consideration, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, though the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner is printed in the daily cause list.

Learned AC to AAG-5 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4 submits that against the impugned order passed by the respondent Additional Collector, Lakhisarai, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14994 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the provisions contained in Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. According to him, in above view of the matter, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
