2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.11.2016 passed in CWJC No. 15728 of 2016.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that now the requisite amount of interest has also been paid to the petitioner in terms of the letter dated 25.05.2017 (Annexure-B) to the
Patna High Court MJC No.286 of 2017 dt.05-07-2017 2/2 supplementary show cause and as such, the order of this Court stands fully complied with.
