The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner herein forcibly got into the pick up van and robbed the informant-driver of his belongings on the point of a knife. On the informant raising hulla, the accused persons were caught and handed over to the police.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and concocted. The petitioner was caught under a misunderstanding. The alleged recovery of Rs.1,000/ is incorrect. The money

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case no.407 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
