2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c)/25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 71.5 kg of 'ganza' has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence and has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60528 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering that huge quantity of ganza having been recovered, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.

7. The trial is directed to be expedited.
