The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that three registered sale deeds were produced by the plaintiff but the Court below by the impugned order has rejected the prayer for marking the three registered sale deeds as exhibits in the case. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that still the evidence of the defendants-petitioners has not been closed. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the order impugned dated 23.06.2015 passed by the learned Sub Judge V, Buxar in Title Suit No.267 of 2012/144 of 2015 is hereby set aside and the Court below is directed to mark the three registered sale deeds produced by the petitioner as exhibits in the case and if it is objected and in fact, it was objected, it may be

Patna High Court CWJC No.14739 of 2015 (3) dt.13-12-2016 marked with objection by the respondent.

Thus, this writ application is allowed with aforesaid direction.
