The petitioner seeks to set aside the order of transfer on the ground that she has been transferred from her place of posting only within a period of two years though the State Circulars states that ordinarily a person should be transferred after completion of two years.
I am informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been relieved and has joined at her new place of posting. It is also informed that the transfer being a chain transfer, the subsequent incumbent has also joined on the place
Patna High Court CWJC No.9514 of 2017 (6) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 which was vacated by the present petitioner. Therefore, the present writ application has been rendered infructuous. Be that as it may, in view of the fact that the transfer order has now been effected and the petitioner has joined her new place of posting, this writ application has now become infructuous.
It is, thus, dismissed as infructuous.
The petitioner may represent in future, if at all so advised, which may be considered in accordance with the relevant circulars.
